Best Life Trips Roommate Match Program

The Best Life Trips (BLT) Roommate Match Program allows solo travelers to share a double-occupancy room with another guest on the same trip.

Guests who wish to participate in the program must request a roommate match before making a reservation. BLT will attempt to match you with another guest of the same gender and similar travel preferences.

Once a potential match is identified, both guests will have the opportunity to communicate and confirm that they are comfortable sharing a room.

After both guests agree to the match, you may proceed with your trip reservation and required deposit.

Please note that the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

If you later find your own roommate after a match has been confirmed, please notify us so we can update your reservation accordingly.

Any room change requests made after a roommate has been assigned and the reservation has been confirmed may incur change fees according to the room occupancy fee schedule.

Important Information

While Best Life Trips will make every reasonable effort to create compatible matches, we cannot guarantee roommate compatibility.

Participation in the Roommate Match Program is voluntary and at your own discretion. By accepting a roommate match and proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that personality differences and lifestyle preferences may vary.

Best Life Trips and the hotels used during the trip are not responsible or liable for any claims, disputes, damages, or conflicts that may arise between matched roommates, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

Roommate Cancellation Policy

If a matched roommate cancels their reservation for any reason prior to the trip, Best Life Trips will make reasonable efforts to find a replacement roommate. However, if a replacement roommate cannot be found, the remaining guest will be responsible for either:

• Paying the applicable single room supplement, or
• Accepting another available roommate match, if one becomes available.

Standard cancellation policies and fees will apply to any guest who cancels their reservation.

Age Requirement

Participants in the Roommate Match Program must be at least 18 years old.

Under hotel policies, guests under the age of 18 must travel with a relative or legal guardian who is at least 25 years old.
