Cancellation Policy

1) Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable as stated in the terms and conditions
 

2) Payments made towards the balance will be refunded based on the cancellation schedule for the trip.

3) Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover monies paid in the event of an accident, sickness, or trip interruption.
 

We have a limited number of seats, and once a seat is reserved, it is held specifically for that client.

We do not overbook our tours, so we require a non-refundable deposit. 
 

To cancel, please complete this cancellation form. It must be filled out for each passenger traveling individually or by the head of the family to process the cancellation. 
 

Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or through email.
